We are thrilled to announce that Henricksen’s Minneapolis showroom has been awarded the prestigious Fitwel 1 Star Rating certification, a globally recognized standard for optimizing building design and operations to promote health and productivity. This achievement is a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating healthier workplaces and a testament to our team’s ability to beautifully incorporate evidence-based design and strategies that support occupants’ physical, mental, and social health.
Fitwel is the leading certification system committed to building health for all. The award underscores our dedication to providing amenities that foster healthier lifestyles in the workplace. Our team of wellness and sustainability advocates, including Debra Barnes, Principal, Vice President + General Manager, and Honey Ribar, Minneapolis Showroom Coordinator, both Fitwel Ambassadors, have played instrumental roles in achieving this recognition.
Environmentally sustainable choices are visible throughout our leasehold space. We also leveraged the location and multitude of amenities at the Tractorworks building in the vibrant North Loop neighborhood. Our partnership with City Center Real Estate Partners, the building managers along with our broker, Cushman & Wakefield, our owner’s rep and project manager, JLL, architect and interior designer, HGA, contractor, Mission Construction, and all of our supplier partners, resulted in a space that showcases our product offerings and promotes unity and well-being.
This recognition is a win for Henricksen and all our partners and clients who trust us to deliver top-notch workspace solutions. As we celebrate this achievement, it reaffirms our commitment to promoting wellness and sustainability in our operations.
We thank Fitwel for acknowledging our dedication to health-promoting design and management. We pledge to continue our efforts to create spaces that contribute positively to the well-being of all occupants, and we are excited to lead the way in the industry’s shift towards healthier, more sustainable work environments.
